VIP Connectz is an international marketing and sales company in the Internet and telecommunications industry that offers VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) application services to customers in International residential and small business markets. The VIP Connectz value proposition is based on offering a service package that gives customers “flat-rate” minutes to make local, long-distance, and international calls, coupled with a compelling business opportunity for those who choose to pursue financial independence.

Edward Weaver: Co-Founder / President & Chief Executive Officer / Creator
Ed brings VoIP technology, direct sales distribution and independent affiliate management expertise to the Team.  He has 17 years experience in corporate America, where he was responsible for a sizable geographical area including 7 regional facilities, in addition to sales and administration.  Ed brings not only a diverse background, but most importantly, has extensive experience in VoIP.  During his transition from working for Fortune 500 companies to his own entrepreneurial ventures, he successfully founded two other businesses; an Application Service Provider organization and a fundraising company serving the greater nonprofit world.  Ed sold his interest in these two ventures and joined his partners to run a VoIP services company, before co-founding VIP Connectz.  This collection of corporate, small business and entrepreneurial experience make Ed’s leadership and vision priceless in guiding VIP Connectz towards its ultimate success. 

Scott E. Mercker: Co-Founder / Executive Vice-President & Chief Marketing Officer
Scott brings a highly unique skill set to VIPConnectz. He has 17 years experience teaching and motivating network marketing professionals. Scott’s primary experience is drawn from his executive management of several network marketing distribution firms. He was responsible for building a team of over 250,000 representatives over a 3-year period in the mid 1990’s; and was the driving force behind Excel Communications - a U.S. long distance provider. Excel Communications went from US$31 million to over US$1.4 billion in revenue. Scott’s team was the fastest growing in the firm and exclusively utilized his proprietary leadership training systems. After Excel completed a public offering and exit strategy, Scott became involved with I-Link, an early stage VoIP technology company owned by Dick Marriott, of Marriott Hotels. Following this venture, he co-founded and was CEO of a multi-million dollar Internet based network marketing company that sold its affiliate network to Lexxus (subsidiary of Natural Health Trends, a public company), and as Executive Vice-President led the sales efforts to grow the company from US$2 million a month to US$20 million a month operating in 31 countries, and evolving from trading OTC to a listing on the NASDAQ. This successful track record gives Scott invaluable insight which will only benefit all members. Scott is a co-founder of VIPConnectz.

Veronica Tamburrino / Director of Communication & Administration
Veronica's extensive experience in leadership and coordination has spanned various multi-million dollar engineering proposals and organizations with diverse international cultures around the globe over the past 15 years. Proposal development "campaigns" involve multiple Fortune 100 teaming partners and consultants with complex scopes of work for operating overseas. Veronica cultivated her portfolio through her work in international marketing and business development in the U.S. Government Contracting arena. In addition to her marketing experience, Veronica also has knowledge gained from working in the Information Technology department with a Fortune 100 company in New York City for a number of years. Eventually, Veronica created and built an extremely profitable small business, which she ultimately sold, to provide consulting services to international prime and subcontractors throughout the world. This unique combination of both an IT and Marketing background provides our team with an Executive who is exceptionally skilled in determining best practices and implementing them, thus enabling the best possible routes towards success to be explored. Throughout her career, Veronica has had the ultimate good fortune of earning a total of 426 Million dollars for previous clients.
